The Flower of Concentration
Grapefruit is the largest citrus fruit. The Chinese considered grapefruit as one of the three blessed fruits (along with peach and lemon). It symbolised fertility and prosperity not only in Chinese culture, but in Greek, Roman and Levant cultures too. Les Arômes du Maroc are the only producers worldwide to produce essential oil from fresh grapefruit blossoms.
